Shyam Kishore

Bio

Shyam Kishore heads the Equity Syndication practice at HFL. He and his team have successfully led several capital raising transactions in the past. Shyam has been with HFL since 2004 and has been leveraging his vast experience, network and relationships in the core and social infrastructure sector to effectively conclude transactions. Prior to HFL, Shyam worked with Feedback Ventures, one of the largest infrastructure consulting companies in India and was responsible for anchoring the execution of assignments. In his 10 years with Feedback, Shyam worked across a diverse range of sectors such as retail, leisure & entertainment, real estate, technology parks, and SEZ's. He has advised a large number of private sector clients across functional areas of business planning, opportunity identification, project conceptualization, market and industry analysis, strategy development and financial analysis. Shyam is an MBA from Sri Satya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, Prashanthi Nilayam.
