Stephen Soileau

Bio

Stephen co-founded TGF Management in 1992. Stephen previously held the positions of Executive Vice President at Creekwood Capital Corporation, Investment Manager at Houston Industries, and Vice President at The Inverness Group, all based in Houston. He has a broad range of investment experience, including both debt and equity transactions, in multiple industry sectors. Stephen is currently a director of First Texas Holdings and has been a director of numerous other TGF Management portfolio companies, including Administaff, Veridian, TIMEC, and Omniflight, among others. He has been a director of the Association for Corporate Growth and involved in a number of other civic and educational organizations, and is an alumnus of the Texas Lyceum. He received a B.A. degree in economics from Rice University and a Master of International Management degree from the American Graduate School of International Management.
