Bio
Co-managed Broadview Capital Partners from its formation in 1999 through July 2003, and continues to serve on the Fund's Investment Committee. Prior to the formation of Broadview Capital Partners in 1999, he spent 13 years with Broadview International conducting M&A transactions in a broad range of market segments. Co-founded the firm's London office in 1989 and worked closely with clients in executing cross-border transactions. He returned to the US in 1995. Earlier, he was an associate consultant with Bain & Company and worked with various companies in the database and software industries. MBA degree from Harvard Business School and a BSE degree from Princeton University.
