Bio

Steve Korn is a Senior Operating Partner and currently serves on the Board of PrecisionIR. He is the former Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of CNN. At CNN he was responsible for all business functions, including all budgeting processes, the redesign of CNN's Headline News and all marketing and promotion strategies. Prior to this post, he was the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS) where he was involved in every major transaction since 1978 including the acquisitions of MGM/UA Entertainment, Hanna Barbera, Castle Rock, and New Line Cinema. Steve has also served as an attorney specializing in civil litigation involving media, entertainment and telecommunications issues. Steve’s current Board affiliations include Public Broadcasting Service, Vassar College, Brown Shoe, and World Hunger Year.
