Bio

Became Chief Executive of Catalyst in 2006. Has been an integral force in the international expansion of the company and in carving out its leading position within life settlement backed products, acting as a principal architect of ARM investments. Brings over 30 years commercial experience to the role, ranging across all areas of corporate finance - including mergers and acquisitions, flotations, and fund raisings - as well as wider industry. Staged a number of company restructures for small and medium sized business having acted as CEO for businesses across the engineering, shipping, internet and telecoms sectors.
