William Ogden

Bio

Mr. Ogden is an experienced private equity professional, having done successful leveraged build-ups, leveraged buy-outs and growth capital investments. Prior to founding Granite Capital Partners he was a Managing Director of Union Capital in New York. Previously, he headed Prudential Financial's US Direct Private Equity Group. Prior to that, he served as a partner at a New York-based merchant bank. Bill began his career as an officer in the US Navy where he was training to be a carrier based Naval Aviator. Mr. Ogden is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a double major in Engineering and Economics and has an MBA from University of Virginia's Darden School where he earned the Faculty Award for Academic Distinction.
