Ms. Lam is responsible for portfolio company financial and operational due diligence activities, as well as portfolio company oversight.Prior to that, Ms. Lam worked in the Audit and Enterprise Risk Services group at Deloitte. Prior to joining Gores, Ms. Lam was a Senior Manager in the M&A Transaction Services group at Deloitte, where she worked on 60+ closed and potential transactions with deal size ranging from $10 million to $10 billion, including various carve-out situations. Ms. Lam is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Public Accountant.
