Investment manager with Amadeus, focusing on the Clean Technology sector. Joined Amadeus in 2006 through the prestigious Kauffman Fellows program. As part of his Kauffman Fellowship, also held a joint appointment with Imperial College’s Energy Futures Lab. Since joining the firm, has led the development of Amadeus’ clean technology practice, and co-led Amadeus’ investment in GreenRoad, a company which provides enterprise solutions to manage driver safety and fuel efficiency for vehicle fleets. Prior to joining Amadeus, was an independent management consultant for seven years in the Clean Technology, Life Sciences, and Materials Science fields. Concurrently, from 2003-2004 served as VP of Finance and Operations for H2onsite, a California-based hydrogen generation startup. Began his career with five years in Bain & Co’s Boston office, and advised clients in a number of sectors. Has also served as a Practice Area Fellow in McKinsey's Electric Power & Natural Gas group. American citizen and speaks Spanish. BA from Dartmouth College, US and a MA in Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, focusing on energy and climate change.
