Mr. Greenleaf has over 20 years of experience in acquisition and buyouts. He is involved in all aspects of the firm's activities with a particular focus on transaction sourcing, structuring, and financing activities. Mr. Greenleaf's acquisition experiences range from privately held to publicly traded companies, and have often involved complex corporate and tax structures. Mr. Greenleaf was formerly a corporate attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions, and the Chairman of the Tax Department of the Los Angeles law office of Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P. Mr. Greenleaf holds a L.L.M. (Masters of Law) in Taxation from New York University, a JD from Loyola Law School, and a dual BA with high honors from the University of California at Riverside.
